on Monterey Rd, 1/4 mile from Rt.
290 and 1 mile from Rt.

It comes with 3 large windows, a large dresser and mirror, a full size refrigerator, microwave, desk/table with lamp, 2 chairs, queen sized bed with back board and night stand with lamp for $925 a month all utilities are included, including cable and wifi.
There is one full bathroom on 2nd floor and also a half bathroom on 1st floor with kitchen, dinning room, there is an attic for storage, covered back yard deck and washer and dryer.
There is on street and off street parking as well.
I and the other male tenant are both friendly but also quiet and pretty much do are own things and are also very respectful of each others privacy and space.
I am looking for a low key, easy going house mate that does there own thing as well, likes things tidy and cleans up after themselves.
It will be on a month to month basis.
However, I am looking for someone who is planning to stay at least 6 months, but hopefully much longer.
If interested you will need references, provable source of income, and be able to pass a background check.
I will also require 1st and last months rent in addition to a $300 security deposit for a total of $2150 to move in May 1st.
