If you are quiet / a busy professional / spends a lot of time studying, then this could be a good fit.
You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom (10x11) with a closet plus storage space in the linen closet and coat closet, and your own full bathroom with tub/shower and vanity.
You’d share the new washer- dryer, and fully applianced kitchen and use of other common areas.
Included in the rent are the utilities (Internet, electric, water, heat, A/C).
You pay your own phone, of course.
The condo is 2 miles from UMass Chan School, 4 miles from Tufts Vet, and 3 miles from the Commuter Rail and MA Pike (I-90).
Lots of shopping is within 2 miles too.
Please note: The townhouse is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there is an elevator to the 2nd.
The bathroom requires stairs.
