$975 / 4br - 2 rooms for rent in 4 bedroom apartment (Southbridge)

Hello 👋 I am renting out 2 bedrooms in my 4 bedroom apartment $975 a month, that includes all utilities.
I am looking for 2 female roommates.
Must have a clean background nothing related to violence, drugs, alcohol, or weed can be on it because of a situation I have going on.
The landlord is also gonna wanna do a housing to check to look for any prior or current evictions/housing issues.
Must be able and willing to clean up after yourself.
There's no smoking inside but I have a smaller front deck, and a bigger back deck you can use.
There's a electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
Theres also a washer and dryer in the basement.
There is a yard in the back, as well as a shared deck with the neighbors below me.
