Apartment has off st parking; easy access to amenities such as local shops, restaurants, schools, Harrington Hospital and major highway.
Layout has the bedrooms on the opposite sides giving separate entrance to apartment.
This offers a huge apartment with room to spare.
I am looking for someone who can commit to a year lease, excellent references, steady employment.
Must be willing to undergo a back ground check.
