Owner of a 1600 sq ft townhouse condo on Lake Quinsigamond in Shrewsbury is looking for a roommate (M/F).
Since I work from my home office and am very quiet, my preference is for a medical student/ resident or busy professional who is rarely home / spends a lot of time studying.
The condo is 2 miles from UMass Chan School, 4 miles from Tufts Vet, and 3 miles from the Commuter Rail and MA Pike (I-90).
You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom with small closet plus storage space in the linen closet and coat closet, and your own bathroom with tub/shower.
There is also some raw storage in the attic.
You’d also share the washer- dryer, fully applianced kitchen, and a deck that overlooks the Lake.
Included are the utilities (wi-fi, electric, water, heat, A/C) (No cable TV and you pay your own phone).
You’d have your own parking spot.
I have a young indoor cat that is friendly and wanders all over the condo.
Please note: The townhouse is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there is an elevator to the 2nd.
The bathroom requires stairs.
No smoking or illegal drug use.
No other pets (well, okay, a fish or two is fine).
$950*/month: first month and security deposit; 45 days tenancy at will.
